The Barking Lot is a newly formed 501(c)(3) dog rescue in Maricopa County, Arizona.  They are a group of very determined women with over 60 years of combined experience in the animal rescue community.  They came together to start their dog rescue, The Barking Lot Dog Rescue, with the intention of giving unwanted or abandoned dogs and puppies a chance at a forever life by giving hope and filling hearts through rescue, adoption, and community education.

Currently, they are a foster based rescue.  They depend entirely on volunteer foster homes that graciously and lovingly provide a temporary resting point until permanent homes are found for each canine.
